Malachite

Malachite is worked with for release, protection, truth. Its energy is slow, steady and physical — it works through the body before it works through the mind. It opens the heart in both directions — how you give love, and whether you let it reach you. Held with intention, it asks you to settle, root and build something that can hold weight rather than simply feel better for an afternoon.

In love, Malachite asks whether you are relating to the person in front of you or to a story about them. It supports honest presence over performance. ask what love would look like if you did not have to deserve it.
