Last Quarter

Release. This is phase 3 of 8 in the MoonMagicx Lunar Method™, which always begins at the Full Moon.

Release is a decision, not a mood. At the Last Quarter, the cycle asks what has finished. Not what you dislike — what is finished. There is a difference, and the difference is usually the reason release keeps failing.

• Name one thing that is over and stop tending it.

• Burn, bury or bin something symbolic — safely.

• Cancel, refuse or step back from one commitment.

• What am I keeping alive out of habit rather than love?

• What would I have to admit for this to be finished?

• What am I afraid I will lose if I put this down?
