New Moon

Plant intentions. This is phase 5 of 8 in the MoonMagicx Lunar Method™, which always begins at the Full Moon.

Now — and only now, once you have seen, reflected, released and rested — you plant. Intentions set from an unexamined life tend to repeat it. Intentions set after the first four phases tend to be smaller, truer and far more likely to grow.

• Write three intentions in present tense and plain language.

• Attach one concrete action to each.

• Place them under a crystal for the cycle.

• What do I actually want, underneath what I think I should want?

• What is the smallest version of this that is still true?

• What will I need to do, not just believe?
