Rest, surrender and integration. This is phase 4 of 8 in the MoonMagicx Lunar Method™, which always begins at the Full Moon.

The dark days before the New Moon are not empty; they are integrative. Nothing needs producing. Surrender here means stopping the search for a moment so that what you already learned can settle into you.

• Do less on purpose. Protect one evening entirely.

• No planning, no fixing, no new practices.

• Sleep, water, quiet, and one gentle walk.

• What am I still trying to control that is not mine to control?

• What does rest actually look like for me, not for anyone else?

• What have I learned that I have not yet let change me?
