The seed is in the dark and nothing looks like it is happening. This is where most intentions are abandoned. Nurture is unglamorous: small, repeated, boring tending — the exact opposite of the moment you set the intention.

• Track effort, not results.

• What does tending look like today?

• Where am I expecting proof too early?

• Who or what do I need to keep this away from for now?
