Forgiveness
Forgiveness is usually taught as something you owe other people.
Let's start here
Forgiveness is usually taught as something you owe other people.
Try this instead: it is something you owe yourself — the day you stop carrying the event around in your own body.
Going deeper
Forgiveness is not reconciliation, and it is not saying it didn't matter. You can forgive someone you never speak to again. The release is internal; access remains your decision entirely.
Light
Putting down a weight without pretending it was never heavy.
Shadow
Performing forgiveness before you're ready, because you think you should be over it by now.
How to work with this
• Write what happened and what it cost, without softening it.
• Decide separately about forgiving and about contact.
• Release at the Last Quarter — and again the next one if it isn't done.
Questions to sit with
• What am I still rehearsing in my head?
• Who benefits from me staying angry?
• What would I do with the energy this is using?
Where this connects
Rhodonite and Mangano Calcite; Hyssop; the Last Quarter Release Ritual; Temperance.
