Intuition
Have you ever known something before you could explain why?
Let's start here
Have you ever known something before you could explain why?
That little feeling in your stomach. That quiet knowing. That moment where you already have the answer but keep asking for another sign.
Sometimes the problem isn't that you don't have intuition.
Sometimes you've simply learned not to trust yourself.
Going deeper
Intuition rarely shouts. It tends to say something once, calmly, and then go quiet while you gather three more opinions. Notice how often the first answer turns out to be the one you eventually come back to — and how much time and energy the detour cost you.
Light
You begin to recognise how truth feels in your body, and you stop needing a committee to confirm it.
Shadow
Anxiety can impersonate intuition beautifully. Anxiety is urgent, loud and loops. Intuition is quiet, steady, and says the same thing whether or not you like it.
How to work with this
• Write your first answer before you research anything.
• Note where you feel it — chest, stomach, throat.
• Review a month later and mark what proved accurate.
Questions to sit with
• When did I last override myself, and what happened?
• What am I asking for confirmation of that I already know?
• Whose voice do I trust more than my own, and why?
Where this connects
