Money is the subject spiritual practice tends to whisper about.

As if wanting enough were somehow unenlightened. It isn't. Rent is not a mindset problem.

Work and money carry enormous emotional weight — safety, status, worth, freedom — and that weight distorts judgement in both directions: chasing and avoiding. The honest work is noticing which money decisions are actually about money, and which are about feeling safe or feeling seen.

• Set one practical money intention at each New Moon, with one action.

• What did I learn about money before I earned any?

• What am I actually buying when I spend to feel better?

• What would I charge if I believed the work was worth it?
